Lisa Booth has spent over two decades working on community and home sustainability projects, including a project to establish a community owned renewable energy asset in Northern Victoria. She has a degree in Agricultural Science and Post Grad in Education.
Lisa is a qualified Home Energy Assessor and Six-star Energy Rater. She is also a graduate of the Fairley Leadership Program and toured the midwest USA on a study exchange sharing her experiences with community sustainability initiatives in Australia.
Together with her husband Stephen, they have designed and owner built three sustainable homes, including their dream green home on a 22 acre abandoned sand mine. Shearing Shed House has been built off-grid and showcases that with good planning anyone can achieve a beautiful sustainable home on a budget.
